Any questions? Have a look at the most frequently asked questions we receive below. Alternatively, send us an email on the “Contact” page and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

1. How can I pay for my order?
Payment can be made using VISA and Mastercard credit cards, Instant EFT (if you bank with ABSA, Nedbank, FNB or Standard Bank or Capitec Bank) and direct bank transfers on request.
2. What is the store's return policy?
We have a 7 day return policy. We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with our products, but should you not be, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt and get a full refund (excluding delivery fees) or exchange it for another watch of similar cost.
The client is liable for the return of the product and refunds will only be processed once the goods have been received back in an acceptable condition. Please contact info@iconize.co.za to start the refund process.
3. Is there a warrant/guarantee on your products?
Our watches are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for 6 months from date of delivery in the case. The Watch Mechanical Movement and internal mechanical defects of the movement for 6 months from the Date of Purchase
Hands, Pins and Buttons coming loose and falling off within 30 Days of the Purchase
Cracked Glass and torn leather straps if reported within 3 Days of Delivery/Arrival/Handover of Product
